Checked items may not weigh more than 50 lbs. Carry-on items must
not exceed 40 lbs. Items over 100 lbs will not be accepted.
Checked items may not weigh more than 70 lbs**. Items that exceed
weight limits will be charged an excess baggage fee. Carry-on items
must not exceed 40 lbs. As international limits can sometimes vary
by destination, it is best to contact the individual airline prior
to travel.
Items over 100 lbs will not be accepted.
Checked baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance will incur
a charge that varies by destination. The average fee per piece for
domestic flights is $80.00.

Checked items cannot exceed 62"/157cm (length + height + width)
limits. Checked baggage that exceeds this limit will incur a fee.
Any bag which is more than 115"/292cm will not be accepted.
All carry-on items must fit in a unit that measures 22" x 14"
x 9" (or 45 linear inches).***
* A personal item can include the following; purse, laptop, briefcase,
camera case, diaper bag, or any item of a similar size or small
size to the aforementioned. Item generally cannot exceed 36".
** Northwest Airlines will not accept luggage weighing more than
50 lbs on international flights.
*** US Airways Guidelines for carry-on baggage is as follows:
- Combined Weight of all carry-on items must not exceed
40 lbs.
- Valet Closet - 4x23 1/2x45
- Overhead Stowage - 10x16x24
- Underseat Stowage - 8x16x21
Continental Airlines will accept carry-on baggage that does not
exceed a combined linear measurement (L + W + H) of 51 inches.
